We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another guest. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are subject to a 50% cancellation fee to help us cover the time reserved for you. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which allows us to provide the best possible service to all of our guests.
